The Westmill Solar 2018 AGM is now just around the corner and will be taking place at 10.00am on Saturday 19th May 2018 . We hope that all members of Westmill will have respectfully declined Harry and Meghan’s invite to the royal wedding due to this important event.
This year the AGM will once again be shared with Westmill Wind Farm Co-operative and will be hosted at the Steam Museum in Swindon, SN2 2EY.
We very much hope that you will be able to join us and hear from the Westmill board about the developments that have taken place during 2017 and to watch insightful presentations from 10:10 and Community Energy England regarding the community energy sector. We’ll also be discussing big plans for the future, so we’d love as many members as possible to be involved – it’s your ideas that shape our cooperative’s future.
All members will be receiving their official invite shortly so make sure to be checking your emails. Your invite will include our Annual Report and Accounts for 2017 along with details on how to RSVP and how to vote on the matters arising should you be unable to attend. We will also be including logistical information on how to get to the Steam Museum by different modes of transport.
