A member of Midcounties Cooperative for 15 years and a subscriber to a number of wind farm projects, including Westmill, Andy installed his own 4K system in 2009. After 30 years in investment banking; primarily risk management, audit and project management; he moved to become a Director of Oxfordshire’s largest mental health charity for 8 years before moving to self build an almost carbon neutral house in “Green” Spain.

First elected as a Vale of White Horse District Councillor in 1999 Andy now represents Wantage Charlton Ward and is Cabinet Member for Finance. He read PPE at the University of Oxford as a mature student.  A somewhat elderly father of 2 so time is currently spent home schooling, attempting to become self sufficient in vegetable production and coping with the financial challenges which the Vale faces in these unprecedented times.
