Mark Luntley
Mark Luntley graduated from Loughborough University in 1982 and qualified as a CIPFA accountant in 1987. He was Director of Corporate Services at Oxford City Council, Finance Director at the Local Government Association and Project Director at Local Partnerships. He developed and managed the project to create a bond agency allowing councils to raise infrastructure finance.
Mark believes in the power of people working together. He chairs the Oxfordshire Credit Union and is non-Executive Director of both the Ethical Property Company and Energy4All. Mark is also a Director of Westmill Wind Farm Coop.
