Following the temporary trading halt that began in August, we are pleased to announce that the secondary market in Westmill Solar shares, hosted by Ethex, is again open for trading. The trading halt was in preparation for the capital repayment, voted for and approved at the 2017 AGM, which has now been processed, and therefore normal trading activities have resumed.

At the last Annual General Meeting on the 20th of May 2017, members of Westmill Solar Co-operative passed a resolution to repay 1 share for every 8 shares currently held, at their nominal value of £1 per share.
